SHEDEV Community Outreach Center, Inc. is a community-based non profit outreach organization with headquarters in Brooklyn, New York, United States. The center provides educational support and other charitable services to needy children, needy youth and their families, the elderly, the poor, the homeless, the disabled and other needy  persons in Carnarsie, East Flatbush, Brownsville, East New York and  other inner city areas of the United States.

The purpose for forming the organization is to implement a bridging organization by which the needy children, youth and adults who are domiciled in the inner city communities identified above and others who dwell in the rest of New York City, New York State, throughout the USA and the rest of the world could be provided with quality information and resources with which they could become responsible citizens wherever they are domiciled.
